Our Leadership

The Vine Center Condominiums is governed by the Vine Center Council of Co-Owners, Inc. created by the By-Laws to the Master Lease. The Council has been organized and By-Laws adopted by the Board of Directors of the Council for the purpose of administering a Condominium Project in Fayette County, Kentucky, known as Vine Center Condominiums.
